How to make oat bars!!

Hello everybody! Today we will be making some delicious oat bars which are the perfect snack for picnics, parties or for your breakfast. They taste sooo yummy and I bet you will want to make them again and again! So lets get on with it!

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup rolled oats 

1/2 cup dried fruits 

1/4 cup flour

1/4 cup coconut desiccated or shredded

80 grams butter

1/2 tablespoon of honey

1/2 cup of caster sugar

STEP 1 

Preheat oven to 180 degrees

STEP 2

Mix the dried fruit, sugar, flour and coconut into a large mixing bowlImage-361

 

STEP 3

Melt the butter in a microwavable bowl. Then add 1/2 tablespoons of honey into it.butter and honey!

STEP 4

After stir and add the mixture to the oat mix. Stir it well until the mixture is all combined.

STEP 5 

Next grab a tray and lay a piece of parchment paper on it. Then place your mixture onto the tray and press it flat.

STEP 6

Place your oat mix into the oven and leave it for 20 to 25 mins

Now take your  mix out of the oven and leave it to cool down for 5 mins

STEP 8

Now you can grab your knife and start cutting these amazing cereal bars into fun shapes!

Now your cereal bars can be served or placed in a pot or on a plate
