Do you crave food? Everyone craves food am I right? I crave food you crave food .

Today I am sharing the 5 foods everyone craves.

 

If you crave sweets.

 What you really need is….

Chromium, carbon, phosphorous, sulfur, trypotphan

 

So you should eat….

Chromium: Broccoli, grapes, cheese, dried beans, chicken

Carbon…. Fresh fruit

Phosphorous…. Beef, liver, poultry, fish, eggs, dairy, nuts

Sulfur…. Beef, liver, poultry, fish, eggs, dairy, nuts

Tryptophan…. Cheese, liver, turkey, sweet potato, spinach
