Maths is one of the subjects I struggle with and I want to share with you “What food keeps me going whilst doing maths”.
I like to have a bit of sugar to boost my energy before I take a test or do some maths. Things such as chocolate and cakes or even an energy bar will help you feel confident and relaxed.
Fruit really helps to boost your energy as it has natural sugars embedded in each piece. The fruits I like are strawberries, apples, pears, oranges, bananas and berries. I would recommend to have some fruit before a test to make your nerves calm.
Water is the most important thing to drink before and after a test as it flushes all the worries away and leaves you fresh and clean inside. I always have a glass of water before I take a test and have another glass of water when I have finished.
